How to get your Kindle copy
If you have an Amazon account from a Kindle Country, then you are able to obtain the eBook HERE. There are non-Kindle countries. I assume that they ban eBooks for security reasons. Notably Singapore, Malaysia and the U.A.E. fall into this category. For those of you who have left a Kindle country and are living in a non-Kindle country; the trick to being able to use your Amazon account is to set your address to your home country location in the Amazon account settings and use your home credit card. If you still have troubles, try also setting your iTunes address to an Amazon friendly country. Then restart your computer. A Virtual Private Network (VPN) allows you to log in from Kindle countries. I find Witopia to be the most reliable VPN provider (HERE). Experiment to see if you can get Kindle eBooks (there are usually free books every day). Just search by price - lowest to highest - to find the daily freebies and see if you can grab one. Haven't got a Kindle? Yes you have! Just go to the app store for your Apple or Android device, search and download the free Kindle app to turn your iPad, iPhone, android device, laptop or computer) into a Kindle.
